It Strikes a Chord

It Strikes a Chord WEBTOON Original Series.

April showers bring May romance, or at least in our hearts, it does. Our first WEBTOON this week is Annie Curle‘s It Strikes a Chord. The romance series follows Stevie Ford, the frontman for the pop-punk band Feral Distortion. The world is waiting on the next hit single, and Stevie struggles to find his inspiration. When his sister’s engagement brings him home for the first time in years, he faces some unfinished business.

Rockstar romance just sings straight into our hearts. We know it’s cheesy, but we can’t help but love it even more. It Strikes a Chord fills a particular itch we didn’t know we had. The series expands past a simple romance story with the addition of returning home and dealing with one’s past. We can’t wait to see what kind of growth Stevie will go through and where this story will take us next.

Our second WEBTOON series this week continues the romance train. Limes‘ Klimt’s Kisses follows Millie, a girl in her mid-twenties struggling to decide if she is on the right path in life. Does she have the right job? What about her friends? Is she even in the right relationship? She’s in survival mode and unsure where her next step should land. But she isn’t about to go through this alone because a handsome gentleman asking himself the very same questions just landed right next door.

Have you ever read a WEBTOON (or anything, really) that left you feeling extremely seen? Well, let us introduce you to Klimt’s Kisses. Everyone, at some point in their life, questions whether they are on the right path. In fact, we do it multiple times a week. Add in the twists and turns of romance, and you have a series you will never want to put down. Each chapter brings in new things to keep you invested.
