I am just beside myself with anticipation for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Pt. 1! I’ve got my ticket for 8pm on Thursday. GAH!

I blew through The Hunger Games books a few years ago. I mean I read them all in a week! Yes, that’s an exagerration but I did avoid many a responsibilty (like eating) when I read the series. Could not put them down. Then the movies. THE MOVIES! They’ve been so good. Of course, I have my nitpicky things I would have like different but so does any reader that gets attached to a series of books.

I am so thankful that these movies have respected the books. I was afraid right before I saw the first The Hunger Games films that I’d be disappointed like I had been when I saw The Golden Compass. Talk about not respecting the books or even trusting the books. It was shameful. In fact, if you are looking for a new book to read, read His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman of which The Golden Compass is a part of. Amazing series of books!

I DIGRESS! Get your Hunger Games excitement on by watching ALL the trailers that have come out! They are posted below. After watching these, click here to go ahead and read/watch all of Panem’s evil propaganda against Katniss and the rebels from their state run television, Capitol TV. It will rev you up, trust me.
