“Encyclopedia, pimple and hairball.”
The first trailer the film for Pee-wee’s Big Holiday is classic Pee-wee Herman. We see the fun, innocent and joyful Pee-wee as he lives his life contently in his town, Fairville. Pee-wee says “I don’t want to go anywhere or try anything new.” But along comes Joe Manganiello who convinces Pee-wee he should experience what the rest of the country has to offer and “live a little”. The man-crush was successful and the Big Adventure Big Holiday begins.
The stops we see Pee-wee make during the trailer include the woods, Amish Country, New York City and a “snake farm” plus he gets a ride in a giant mobile salon and carjacked by bank robbers. No matter what the situation, whether it be questionable, dangerous or adorable, Pee-wee attacks it with his trademark enthusiastic joy.
This is going to be a fun one!
