This fall is about to get Chucked up and haunted as all get-out. Syfy unveiled premiere dates for two of its spookiest series. That’s right; we’re getting Chucky Season 3 and SurrealEstate Season 2 sooner than we think. The network also released a sneak peek for Chucky and the official Season 2 trailer for SurrealEstate

In the aforementioned sneak peek, Chucky delivers a press conference in Washington, D.C. He tells one journalist that D.C. is about to get “Chucked up.” Another member of the press asks him if we’ll see Devon Sawa again, but ole Chuck doesn’t know who that is. Conversely, he does remember Jennifer Tilly. When asked about her, Chucky claims she “always returns.” The sneak peek culminates in Chucky getting murder-y.

The SurrealEstate trailer finds the Roman Agency, led by Luke Roman, selling the houses on the market that won’t sell because they’re haunted or supernaturally afflicted. If you recall, Luke lost his psychic abilities in the Season 1 finale, which allowed him to communicate with ghosts and otherworldly beings. Thus, our crew is entering this season at a distinct disadvantage. The trailer offers up plenty of jumpscares and even some werewolves.

Earlier this year, SurrealEstate star Tim Rozon teased a “pretty dope” Season 2. He also revealed his Wynonna Earp co-star Melanie Scrofano (who guest-starred in Season 1 and directed two episodes) will return to direct. As for who might visit the Roman Agency, Rozon had this to say: “There may or may not be others that people may recognize as guest-starring in Season 2.”
