Hallelujah! Zack Snyder‘s Justice League trailer is here! Snyder presented the trailer at the DC FanDome, event and it’s everything the fans wanted and more! Can you tell I’m excited about this?
One has to assume we will see the theatrical version of the film with added scenes. In this trailer we get a glimpse of Superman (Henry Cavill) either dying or being revived. Either way, it looks painful. Diana Prince/Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) finds clues of Darkseid or Steppenwolf’s arrival, Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) searches for ways to revive the Man of Steel. And then there’s the gratuitous shirtless shot for Arthur Curry/Aquaman (Jason Momoa). Do you think that’s in Jason Momoa’s contract?
RELATE: Fans Are Finally Getting the Snyder Cut of Justice League
The interesting part of the trailer is how much Victor Stone/Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) appear in it. Like… more than they appeared in the theatrical cut of Justice League. That’s where the Snyder Cut looks different. It appears we get more of Victor’s story before and after his accident. And we get to meet Snyder’s version of Iris West, played by Kiersey Clemons. This cut scene features Barry saving Iris from a flipping car, shoeless. Interesting. And there’s so much more. You really just have to watch it a few times.
You can watch the 13-minute panel at the DC FanDome on YouTube. Snyder announced the film will be available in four separate one-hour installments on HBO Max. Check out the trailer below.
