Now, Earpers, I want to “get real” with you for a second (or two). This will be my last Wynonna Wednesday for a while. Not to worry, the hiatus is only temporary. I’ll resume spamming your social media with posts once we’re closer to Wynonna Earp Season 4. Then, we’ll revel in all things related to our s**tshow all over again!
So, without further ado, I present you with 10 motivational quotes from Wynonna Earp to catalyze your 2019. Think of these words as a jumpstart to your soul – the angelic Waverly on your shoulder providing you with encouragement. Words to light a fire under your bum. Sometimes we need it.
1. “I’m here, and I stay and I love them back and I never, never, never give up on them.” -Waverly Earp
Be honest, Earpers: this quote made you at least shed a tear. My eyes were certainly not immune to it. If you’ll recall, Waverly defiantly delivered this line to the demon Jolene as the latter tried to convince her that her friends despised her. Now, Waverly’s words have become a mantra in the Earper community – a pillar of support. We are here, and we stay. In 2019, stay with us. Be that bastion of strength for your loved ones and, more importantly, yourself.
2. “I am all in.” – Doc Holliday
Oh, Wynonna Earp Powers that Be. Always with the heart wrenching lines. Doc’s proclamation to Wynonna is another iconic mantra in the Earper fandom. We’re always “all in.” Go big or go home in 2019, Earpers. That’s how you accomplish your goals. Be “all in” for yourself, your friends and family. We only have one short, transient life on this rock. Might as well squeeze every last drop.
3. “I want them to tremble with fear before me.” – Wynonna Earp
No one other than Wynonna would utter these words. Our Earp heir is a formidable, fearsome woman. Earpers, we are strong. We are fierce. Unleash your inner Wynonna in 2019. Don’t allow anyone to use you as a doormat to wipe the muck off their shoes.
4. “A girl’s gotta be ready. You never know when a clear stretch of road and the right moment will come along.” – Wynonna Earp
Carpe diem, Earpers. Seize that day. Pounce on it like Calamity Jane on a particularly scrumptious looking mouse. You want something? Go get it in 2019! Hop aboard like Wynonna on her motorcycle, cruising along the open road of life. Alright, I’ll tone down the cheese factor. This I vow.

5. “Eat s**t, s**t-eaters!” – Waverly Earp
Another wonderful Waverly gem, Earpers. You may not want to address everyone as the aforementioned, but you can use it as a metaphor for your enemies. Those who wish ill upon you and yours. Think of it as your 2019 battle cry to all the trolls in your path. Down with the trolls!
6. “Did I hit my head and wake up in patriarchal bulls**t land?” – Nicole Haught
Utilize this line for the moments when the patriarchy is weighing heavily upon you, Earpers. We’re going into 2019, after all. Society’s antiquated ways need to take a dirt nap, as far as I’m concerned. Don’t let your gender impede you on the path to success. Be like Haught – take the bull by the horns.
7. “Wynonna Earp is a survivor that never gives up.” – Xavier Dolls
Now, Dolls was obviously referring to Wynonna with this line, but that doesn’t mean it can’t apply to you. You are a survivor that also never gives up. Channel that energy into your 2019. Survive. Never throw in the towel. Use said towel to mop your brow and forge ahead. Blood, sweat and tears, right?
8. “She ain’t nobody’s but her own.” – Doc Holliday
That’s right. Remember, Earpers, you are your own person. Nobody can lay claim to you. You have the ability to stand tall on your own two feet. Revel in that! There is no other you – nobody on this planet that can compare to you. Earpers, own your uniqueness. Wear it like a badge of honor in 2019.
9. “I’m my own damn weapon.” – Wynonna Earp
Yes you are! Wynonna may have Peacemaker at her side, but you’re armed with firepower of your own. You have all the necessary tools within you to forge your path in this world. Unlock that inner power, that self-confidence. May it serve as a catalyst toward achieving your goals in 2019.
10. “Let’s just be who we really are.” – Waverly Earp
If there’s one thing Wynonna Earp has taught us, it’s that being true to one’s self is crucial. Just be you because, as corny as this sounds, everyone else is already taken. Live your life as authentically as you can in 2019. If you stick to who you are, you’ll find true happiness. And a happy life is something we all strive for, right? We only get one chance, so why not make the most of it?
Okay, time to clamber down from my soapbox. I sincerely hope these quotes aid you in unleashing your inner warrior in 2019. Be all you can be – for yourself and no one else. There’s nothing wrong with being a bit selfish if it’s in the name of your self care, Earpers.
