The Wynonna Earp fandom is arguably one of the most passionate fandoms out there. I say arguably — but really there’s no argument. Earpers  win. They are the most hard-core, loving and dedicated fans. Full stop. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. 

More importantly, Wynonna Earp’s showrunner and creator Emily Andras and her cast has experienced the fandom first hand. Strong from the start, Earpers have always embraced joy and positivity when it comes to their love of the show, its themes and its cast. And, when the show and its fourth season were in jeopardy, Earpers got into formation. The community banded together and got loud in hopes that they could make a fourth season of Wynonna Earp would happen. It worked.

Today Syfy released a thank you video with Andras, Melanie ScrofanoTim RozonDominique Provost-Chalkley and Katherine Barrell thanking their fans the only way they know how — with joy and love. “There’s always an Earper who will give you a seat at the table.” It’s contagious. 

Wynonna Earp returns in 2020.
