New WONDER WOMAN Images Highlight New Characters

We are a little over a month away from Wonder Woman and I am bursting at the seams for more promotion. Thanks to Daily-Movies, we have a few more images to oggle at. A mix of behind the scenes and still images, we get a better look at characters in this film.

Behind the scenes images show Gal Gadot as the younger Diana on Themyscira. One of those images appears to be on the beach where the fight between the Amazons and Germans breaks out. The stills show us a bit more of the film. One image shows Diana and Etta Candy looking at some lingerie. Steve Trevor is lining up a shot with his band of misfits at the ready. And the final image highlights one of those misfits – Sameer, a secret agent and ally of Steve Trevor. Played by actor Saïd Taghmaoui, we get to see the master of disguise at work.

Besides Gadot’s intimidating stature next to director Patty Jenkins, two of the images stand out to me. Etta and Diana during the shopping trip really brings out the humor of the film in this image alone. Etta’s amused face with Diana’s confusion is just brilliant. The other is the image Sameer. Why is he highlighted? Will he become much more important to the plot? It may just be a still someone on set took but it’s intriguing nonetheless. Can’t wait to see the events unfold in this film.
