If you are unfamiliar with what Wheel of Time is about – let me introduce you. It follows Moraine (Rosamund Pike), a member of the all-female organization called the Aes Sedai, as she arrives in the small town of Two Rivers. There, she finds four young adults (Madeleine MaddenBarney HarrisJosha Stradowski and Marcus Rutherford) who could possibly be the prophesied Dragon Reborn. This kicks off an epic journey to save the world and find out who they truly are.

Deadline shared that Roberts will join the cast as Uno Nomeshta, a gruff one-eyed soldier and tracker who serves Lord Agelmar (Thomas Chaanhing). Fedaravicius will portray Mesema, a quiet and intense warrior who serves Lord Agelmar as well. And finally, Chillingirian will take on the role of Ingtar Shinowa, a lord and soldier from a war-ravaged land.

All three characters hail from the region of Shienar which is near the border of The Blight, an evil place. This region is the final defense against the forces of evil and shadowspawn. Moiraine’s warder, Lan Mandragoran, is also from this region. No word on if there will be someone playing Hurin. This character from the books is from the same region and involved in the same storyline as the above characters. He is a “sniffer,” a person who can smell if violence has happened in a certain place. He’s a great character but may or may not be in the television series. We will have to wait and see.

Wheel of Time drops every Friday on Amazon Prime. We have yet to figure out when we will see season two, but don’t worry – we have our eyes out. How are you liking Rafe Judkins‘ adaption? Let us know in the comments below and on social media!
