FX released three teasers for What We Do In the Shadows season two and it’s the best thing ever! The new season is just around the corner and Gizmo…I mean, Guillermo (Harvey Guillén) uses his puppeteering skill to give us a little history lesson about our favorite vampire coven.
The first teaser is title “Turning Him” and is the love story of Nadja (Natasia Demetriou) and Laszlo (Matt Berry)…well, at least when Nadja turned Laszlo. It’s kind of graphic and makes Nandor (Kayvan Novak) and Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) uncomfortable. But it’s totally turning on Nadja…lol.
COMING TO AMERICA
Next we get to see the story of when Nandor led Nadja and Laszlo to America. According to Guillermo, the came to this country on a boat…and Laszlo gets sea sick. It’s amazing how much the puppets look like the vampires. Guillermo is very proud!
ROOMMATES
And finally we hear the story of how Colin became a part of the coven. What We Do In The Shadows has made it clear that Colin is something of a…well, he’s boring. If you recall Colin is an energy vampire, so…yawn…yeah… I think he snuck in by boring the coven to sleep and just moved in.
What We Do In The Shadows season two is already awesome, as you can see in the teasers. Plus the show is adding a couple of cool guest stars in Haley Joel Osment and Mark Hamill. The coven is a really big deal y’all. Plus, I need to know if Guillermo will reveal who his ancestors are! To find out what’s in store for season two, here the synopsis:
Whatt We Do in the Shadows follows four vampires who’ve “lived” together for hundreds of years. In Season 2, the vampires will try to find their way in a world of human Super Bowl parties, internet trolls, an energy vampire who gets a promotion and becomes drunk on power and of course, all the ghosts, witches, necromancers, zombies and shadowy cloaked assassins who roam freely in the Tri-State area.
What We Do In The Shadows returns on April 14, 2020 on FX and April 15 on FX on Hulu. Oh! and one more thing… BAT!
