Rejoice, Westworld fans! The critically lauded sci-fi drama has been renewed for a fourth season. HBO Programming President Casey Bloys made the much-anticipated announcement on Wednesday April 22nd. Bloys had this to say regarding the series:

From the western theme park to the technocratic metropolis of the near future, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed every twist and turn from the minds of master storytellers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. We can’t wait to see where their inspired vision takes us next.

Now, Westworld returned for its eight-episode third season last month. As of right now, the Season 3 premiere has surpassed nine million viewers across all platforms. To say this show is immensely popular would be an understatement. Who doesn’t love robots questioning the legitimacy of free will? Season 3 finds our heroes outside the park, navigating life in a dystopian-like, futuristic cityscape. Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul joins the Season 3 cast as Caleb Nichols, a construction worker/criminal whose path crosses with Dolores Abernathy (Evan Rachel Wood).
