There Are No Demons WEBTOON Original Series.

Valentine’s Day has come and gone, so let the horror stories commence. Our first series this week is Nemo Nullus’ There Are No Demons. This is an anthology WEBTOON featuring several short stories about some of the more frightening creatures of all – humans. From stalkers to mysterious women appearing at all hours of the night, there is sure to be something to spook you.

It’s not a lie that we love spooky stories, but it wasn’t the fact that There Are No Demons appeared in the thriller section that caught our eye. It’s Nemo Nullus’ art style. The very realistic style with over-dramatized facial expressions helps to add to the incredible scary stories being told. Plus, with it being an anthology, each story is long enough to scare us but never too long for it to lose you.

There Are No Demons updates every Friday and can be read here!

Spore WEBTOON Original Series.

Our second thriller WEBTOON of the week is Lee Kang’s Spore. It mixes a post-apocalyptic world with insect-like monsters. Add in Seungho Yun, a kid looking for his family, who starts to see visions of the future in his head. Is getting through this nightmare really that simple? Where are the visions coming from? And will he find his family and get out of this alive?

Bug isn’t typically our first choice regarding spooky stories, but Spore has this way of drawing you in. It isn’t the typical bug alien type we are used to seeing, but it still gives us the Alien bursting out of someone’s chest vibes. And speaking of gore chest-bursting moments, this series is packed with them. It’s not for those with a weak stomach or anyone who can be even remotely disgusted.

Spore updates every Tuesday and can be read here!
