Two college enemies find themselves trapped together after an avalanche hits. All studious good girl Sage wants is to be free before Christmas day, but that means teaming up with slacker and sworn enemy Jackson. Can the two set their differences aside and find a way out? And what happens when they uncover some unexpected secrets about the other?
We love the holiday season and reading, so why wouldn’t we love Snowbound? It is a holiday advent calendar WEBTOON that has slice-of-life and romance vibes. As we settle into the bustle of life that is December, this is the perfect series to check in each night as we unwind and relax. And since it’s still early in the month, there are only a few chapters to catch up on before you are fully engulfed in the saga of Sage and Jackson!

Bugtopia
Our next WEBTOON series isn’t holiday-related but is a new must-read on our lists. Idolomantises‘ Bugtopia introduces readers to the tiny kingdom of Bugtopia, which is packed with some big personalities. You will get to meet everyone from a beetle power couple and a butterfly pop star to a wasp knight and a bee princess and more. Come for the cute bugs and stay for the exciting adventure and secrets that this tiny kingdom behold.
Bugtopia’s cast of adorable bugs is what initially caught our eyes. It’s giving us Steven Universe vibes, and we are hopeful it will provide us with the same sense of adventure. The series is new to WEBTOON, but don’t let that keep you away. The first few chapters are worth checking out, and we guarantee you will fall in love like we did. The story can go anywhere from here but know that we will be along for the ride through this tiny kingdom.
