Doctor Who season 9 premieres next Saturday September 19th, 2015 on BBC America and here is a look at part 1 of the 2 part season premiere, The Magicians Apprentice.
The Doctor is missing, Clara and Missy are discussing The Doctor’s last will and testament, you get a look at DALEKS and they really look like old school Daleks. I realize that you can’t gather too much from the trailers in regards to the rest of the season, but I get a real sense of urgency and action and I’m very excited. A lot of people were not happy with last season, but this already feels different.
This episode is directed by Hettie MacDonald and written by Steven Moffat.
