Ehem. I am a fan of Christopher Guest. Waiting for Guffman is one of my favorite movies of all time. Imagine my excitement to hear that he’s made a new mockumentary about mascots, called Mascots. That’s exciting. Imagine my excitement at being able to see bits of that movie in the official trailer that was released today. That’s exciting. I’m excited.
The trailer features Parker Pose, Jane Lynch, Jennifer Coolidge and many more of the usual suspects in a Guest film improvising their way through the wonderful world of mascot-ing. It’s hilarious. Watch it.
Mascots will premiere only on Netflix on October 13th.
