Game of Thrones has released a clip of an awesome companion piece to it’s Youtube channel. Game of Thrones Conquest and Rebellion is the beautifully animated history of the seven kingdoms. It is amazing and compelling and it will leave you wanting so much more.
The first taste, you get for free. The 4:30 minute clip of ‘chapter one’ of this animated storybook-style animated piece covers the distant history of Valyria and the Targaryens’ arrival in Westeros. It is just one part of a 45 minute limited time DVD & Blu-ray™ exclusive bonus feature on the coming season 7 DVD’s. And, it just makes you want another taste! I want to see how they cover Aegon the conqueror! I want to see Robert’s rebellion and the birth of Tyrion Lannister, and the Mad King’s rise and fall! I want to see it all!

But, we’ll have to buy the DVD or Blu-ray to get the rest. I’m hooked, HBO. You got me. This is a dragon I’m happy to chase.
