The Casting of Frank Stone
Our first most anticipated video game has us getting ready to spend our weekend in Cedar Hills. Don’t worry about the eerie sounds or screaming; it is all normal in Behaviour and Supermassive Games’ highly anticipated game, The Casting of Frank Stone. Two major horror worlds collide in this cinematic terror. Players will try to survive the haunted steel mill full of horror. Like other titles from Supermassive, this will feature quick time events, a branching narrative where your choices matter and a story for the ages. We can’t wait to check out what lies in waiting.
The Casting of Frank Stone releases on September 3, 2024, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S.
Lollipop Chainsaw RePop
In Lollipop Chainsaw: RePop, play as Juliet Starling, a high school cheerleader who also happens to come from a long line of zombie hunters. When the undead invades her hometown, San Romero, it is up to Juliet and her trusty chainsaw to save the day. Lollipop Chainsaw was initially released in 2012. The RePop version features improved gameplay, striking pop art style visuals, and a powered-up soundtrack. However, developers have included a feature that allows you to switch between the original and new versions.
Lollipop Chainsaw RePop releases on September 12, 2024, for P5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Garden Witch Life
We first saw Garden Witch Life last year during the Wholesome Direct 2023, and now the cozy, witch-life sim is finally being released. Play as a little witch from the big city who has just lost their job. Life didn’t go as you expected, but now you can start anew on a tiny island full of possibilities! Grow your own magical garden, decorate your ancient tree house, care for cute creatures and make friends along the way. Cook delicious new recipes using homegrown ingredients and be part of a wonderful community working together to make it thrive.
Garden Witch Life releases for the Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One and the Xbox Seris X/S. September 12, 2024.
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
Our next pick makes September the most anticipated video game month when gamers finally get to play Princess Zelda in a Legend of Zelda game. Team up with the ethereal creature Tri and use the Tri Rod to create “echoes,” which are imitations of things you find in the environment. Then recreate those echoes whenever you like to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. Use echoes like water blocks to reach new heights, make bridges out of old beds, throw rocks at foes, or find your own combination of echoes to do things your way.
The gameplay and art style remind me of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. It emphasizes puzzle-solving with non-combat-based play. There will also be a specialty, gold-colored Nintendo Switch Lite with the Hylian Crest, which will arrive alongside the game in limited qualities.
The console and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will be released on September 26, 2024.

Keylocker
Keylocker is a unique Cyberpunk turn-based rhythm JRPG. It mixes elements of Chrono Trigger and Mario & Luigi RPG from indie developers Moonana and publisher Serenity Forge. You’ll pick up the singer and songwriter B0B0’s mic in her fight against an unfair system in a dystopian world.
Fuel your moves with the electric power of music on this unforgiving planet. Players use real-time execution of moves in a rhythm game style. Choose a unique class, battle the authorities, unlock the secrets of Saturn, play at your own bands’ concerts and hack into the network to end this corrupt system, for better or worse.
