The Imitation Game is about the life of cryptographer Alan Turing (played by Benedict Cumberbatch), the grandfather, creator, genius of computer science who helped the Allies win WWII. He created the Universal Machine/Turing Machine that paved the way for modern computing. Then the British promptly prosecuted him for being a homosexual.
Turing is a fascinating historical figure and I hope this movie can do him justice, I know Benedict Cumberbatch can.
