If there’s one thing we comic book dorks can all agree on, it’s thanking the Maker for reddit. We get so much news, so many leaks out of there, and today is no exception. Redditor idkmybffjill has posted the leaked summaries for Marvel’s upcoming, highly-anticipated Netflix series, Jessica Jones, apparel using that same URL trick that gave us the episode titles a couple months ago.

Obviously, we can’t know if these are 100% accurate until November 20th when the full series lands on Netflix for all of us to stop whatever we’re doing and do nothing but sit in awe of what Marvel hath wrought, but until then these titles give us something to consider and play with.

Also, be warned that there are some mild spoilers in the descriptions. It’s nothing major and it’s certainly not really anything that you wouldn’t expect, but if you’re hyper sensitive to that stuff, then stop reading here.

A few things to point out.

In Netflix’s Daredevil series, we really didn’t get to the Kingpin until episode 3; however, here it seems we jump right in to dealing with Kilgrave. Not really big news, just an interesting observation.

Also of note, by episode 3, AKA It’s Called Whiskey, we’re already getting Luke Cage’s name. The way they talk about it seems to hint that we’ve already met him, so we may get him as early as the first episode as well. Not only that, but we get Luke’s name mentioned all throughout the episode summaries, so, unlike Claire Temple, the Night Nurse, played by Rosario Dawson who sort of disappeared half way through the first season, we might be getting more Luke Cage than we initially thought.

Simpson — is that Frank Simpson, a.k.a. Nuke?

The Malcolm they are referring to is Malcolm Powder, played by Eka Darville. In the comics, he was a high school student that was a giant fan of Jessica Jones, was familiar with her from her days as a superhero and when he found out she worked as a Private Investigator at Alias Investigations, he begged her to let him work for her. She refused it for a while but eventually let him help her out.

AKA Smile, mentions getting help from someone else in the neighborhood and a lot of people believe this could be that Daredevil appearance we’ve all heard rumors of. Again, this is all pure speculation, but please let this be true. Daredevil, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones all on screen and fighting together sounds like a great way to end this season and head off towards the second season of Daredevil!
