Titans are back, baby! The live-action series on DC Universe is back for a second season and it’s promising a hell of a lot more. There’s more action, more heroes, and even bigger baddies.

The teaser starts with Bruce Wayne (Iain Glen) giving Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) a somewhat stern talking to. Robin made the news with his friends – but it wasn’t exactly good press. Which may or may not have to do with Jason Todd (Curran Walters) running in front of a camera and yelling that the Titans are back. With even more heroes joining the lineup (like Superboy, Aqualad and even Krypto), the “next generation” of Titans will need to stick together and be a team. Which is more important now than ever, given that Deathstroke (Esai Morales) has joined the fray.

Since the teaser is only a minute long, we didn’t get a lot in terms of story in the new season. However, we did get to see Donna Troy in her new suit. Plus we saw glimpses of Aqualad, Superboy, and even Rose Wilson aka Ravager, the daughter of Deathstroke/Slade Wilson. Speaking of Deathstroke, it’s a really smart idea to include the character in the show. He’s been known to be one of the biggest enemies of the Titans in the comics and was a vital part of the animated series as well. It’s a nice callback plus the character is always a blast, no matter where he shows up.

Check out the teaser below and let us know what you’re most looking forward to. Be sure to come back to Geek Girl Authority for more DC news.
