If you thought the news behind Disney Plus’ upcoming Percy Jackson and the Olympians was going to slow down, you were wrong. Deadline dropped exclusive casting news for two more greek gods that will appear as guest stars throughout the series. Those two actors are Jay Duplass and Timothy Omundson. The series is an adaptation of Rick Riordan‘s top-rated novel series of the same name.
Duplass will be taking on the role of Hades, while Omundson will be portraying Hephaestus. Hades’ description describes him as an outcast from his family with a longtime grudge. Hephaestus, the god of blacksmiths, is known for his kindness and mercy towards others which sets him apart from his fellow gods and goddesses.
