The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep
It’s time for another adventure across the Continent with our favorite monster hunter, Geralt of Rivia. This time, he’s back in animated form in a new film. Titled The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep, this flick has a premiere date and its first clip courtesy of Netflix’s Geeked Week.
Here’s a synopsis of the movie:
“Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster hunter, is hired to investigate a series of attacks in a seaside village and finds himself drawn into a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople. He must count on friends — old and new — to solve the mystery before the hostilities between the two kingdoms escalate into an all-out war.”

A Familiar Voice
The clip opens with none other than Doug Cockle, the original voice of Geralt in The Witcher games. He introduces us to Sirens of the Deep and the clip, which features Geralt and Jaskier doing what they do best — butting heads. Geralt learns that Jaskier is from Bremervoord. Jaskier admits he had to leave that place behind to embrace his true identity. Bremervoord is full of “small-minded fools.”
Geralt remarks that Essi, who’s like a sister to Jaskier, doesn’t fit that description. Jaskier teases that he knew there was something between them. He’s a big Geralt-Essi shipper, claiming she’d be better for him than that “raven-haired, sunken-eyed, serpent-tongued she-demon,” aka Yennefer.
Jaskier pokes fun at Geralt for being a “big softie” but pushes him to connect with another human. It’s not all that bad.
