Don’t blink, or you might just miss Netflix’s brand new teaser for season two of The Witcher! The swift 12-second video dropped during the final day of Geeked Week and is full of quick flashes of Ciri (Freya Allan) and some cryptic messages. So what does it all mean?

The clip itself focused solely on Ciri, who finally found Geralt (Henry Cavill) at the end of season one. Now that they are together, it’s time to start her training and this seems to be hinting towards that. The only thing we hear is Ciri telling us that she ‘needs to understand’.  Understand what? Ciri, we need to know! What we do know, though, is that in season 2, Geralt brings Ciri to his childhood home of Kaer Morhen, convinced that Yennefer (Anya Chalotra) died at the Battle of Sodden. There, he fights to protect her from the power bubbling inside her as the country’s kings, elves, humans, and demons strive for supremacy.

It hasn’t been announced if we will be getting a teaser trailer for each of the characters, but that would be the icing on the cake! In addition, it was also announced that The Witcher is also hosting the very first Witchercon alongside CD Projekt Red! The event will take place on July 9. 2021 and will hopefully bring more news for both the TV series and the video game franchise!
