AMC set the premiere date for The Walking Dead: World Beyond for Sunday, April 12. The first season will have ten episodes. AMC also released a few more photos from the new series. You can view those pictures below.
TWD: World Beyond is the second spin-off show in the Dead universe. It is set years after the current events on The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead. The story centers around the mysterious group, known as CRM, that took Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln). We did learn a little bit about that group from Isabella (Sydney Lemmon) on Fear TWD. No gets in. No one gets out. To do so is like treason punishable by death. So what happens when a group of teenagers decide to explore the world?
TWD: World Beyond tells the story of the first generation of people to grow up in the zombie apocalypse. A group of teenagers leave their safe haven in Nebraska to go on a quest, challenging everything they know about the world. Julia Ormond who plays Elizabeth, the leader of CRM and she doesn’t look like someone you want to mess with.
TWD: World Beyond also stars Aliyah Royale, Alexa Mansour, Annet Mahendru, Nicolas Cantu, Hal Cumpston, and Nico Tortorella. It is created by TWD chief content manager Scott Gimple and showrunner Matt Negrete. Check out the photos below.
