I don’t think anyone is really over Glenn and Abraham’s gruesome deaths on The Walking Dead. If you are, then get ready to feel that loss all over again.
Last week, Entertainment Weekly posted an extended version of Rick’s dream sequence from the season 7 premiere episode. The one where Glenn is holding his son. If you haven’t seen it yet, then get ready to cry.

There are other deleted scenes in the Season 7 Blu-Ray and DVD that will be released on August 22, but this was one of the most heartbreaking scenes of the entire series.

The Walking Dead Season 7 Blu-Ray and DVD
The first episode of the seventh season titled, “The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be” answered the cliffhanger question, who died?
Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) were the first on-screen casualties of Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Lucille. After Negan asserted himself on Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the others, the group rallied around Maggie. After the group carry off Glenn and Abraham’s bodies, there was a scene of Rick and his family having dinner in Alexandria.
In the dream sequence, Rosita (Christian Serratos) lights a torch and we see Glenn talking to his son as they sit on a blanket. Carol (Melissa McBride) walks by carrying a dish of food.
Abraham and a pregnant Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) are sitting on a bench laughing. Michonne (Danai Gurira) walks by them, looking like a goddess and sets two bottles of wine on the table.
Eugene (Josh McDermitt) is playing with a remote control car. Glenn takes the kid to watch him.
Aaron (Ross Marquand) walks by with wood for the fire and smiles at everyone.
Maggie (Lauren Cohan) walks up toward Glenn and their son. She tickles the boy and kisses Glenn. (I’m not crying…you’re crying!)
Everyone is dressed in their Sunday best, except for Daryl (Norman Reedus). He comes into help Aaron start a fire in his usual leather vest and sleeveless shirt. I guess it wouldn’t be Daryl if he didn’t have his wings on.
Then it cuts to the scene that was broadcast. Everyone has sat down to eat. They are passing food around and talking. Abraham and Glenn are sitting next to each other. And Glenn is holding his son. They look at each other as the scene fades to black.
Don’t watch this without the Kleenex.
Oh the Feels!
