THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY Teases First Trailer for Season 2

The Umbrella Academy premieres in a few weeks. And tomorrow, we are getting the first trailer with actual series footage. The announcement was made via The Umbrella Academy Twitter account with a groovy video featuring Klaus Hargreeves (Robert Sheehan).

If you recall the first trailer, The Umbrella Academy cast Zoom dance party, announced the premiere date. Then Netflix released the season two poster last week with some pretty ominous easter eggs. Netflix also released photos from the season that have me questioning how long of a time jump are we getting into? See photos below. Needless to say, I’m ready to see what’s in store for season two.  

The Umbrella Academy stars Sheehan, Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Justin Min and Aidan Gallagher. The series is based on the graphic novel by Gerard Way. 

The Umbrella Academy premieres July 31 on Netflix. Check back with Geek Girl Authority tomorrow for the trailer.
