She’s back, baby! On Monday, Amazon Studios blessed us with the official trailer for Season 4 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel! Based on the trailer, it appears we’re getting a new side of the titular Midge Maisel (Rachel Brosnahan), one who utilizes her stand-up sets to say what’s on her mind.
Besides our core cast, including Brosnahan, Alex Borstein as Susie Meyerson, Michael Zegen as Joel Maisel, Marin Hinkle as Rose Weissman, Caroline Aaron as Shirley Maisel, Kevin Pollak as Moishe Maisel and Tony Shalhoub as Abe Weissman, we’re reuniting with fan-favorite supporting players. Notably, Luke Kirby as Lenny Bruce, Stephanie Hsu as Mei, Jane Lynch as Sophie Lennon and Jason Alexander as Asher Friedman.

In the trailer, Midge tells Susie she’s changing her stand-up routine by going “balls to the wall” and removing her filter. We get a taste of Midge and Susie’s trademark hilarious banter and a sequence featuring the pair in an all-out brawl, with Midge smacking the hood of a taxicab.
Midge and Susie’s relationship is the crux of this series, and we’re no strangers to its highs and lows.

It’s 1960 and change is in the air. Looking to hone her act, Midge finds a gig with total creative freedom. But her commitment to her craft—and the places it takes her—creates a rift between her and the family and friends around her.
Undoubtedly, we’ll see the ramifications of her fallout with Shy Baldwin, and, according to IMDb, LeRoy McClain, who portrays Baldwin, will appear in Season 4.
I’m beyond excited for Season 4! I can’t believe it’s been almost three years since we’ve seen The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel gang. We all need Midge’s signature raunchy humor to ease our existential dread.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel returns to Prime Video on Friday, February 18, with two episodes released every week. Watch the trailer below!
