The tension keeps piling on us in anticipation for The Haunting of Bly Manor. We have had two trailers, a set of haunting images and now new character posters. The Netflix anthology series is bringing back castmates from season one to tell another haunted house ghost story. Mike Flanagan‘s second season is revamping Henry James‘ novel The Turn of the Screw.
The series takes place in 1980s England at Bly Manor. Henry Wingrave (Henry Thomas) hires a new au pair, portrayed by Victoria Pedretti, for his orphaned niece (Amelie Smith) and nephew (Benjamin Evan Ainsworth). They reside at the manor with the chef (Rahul Kohli), groundskeeper (Amelia Eve) and housekeeper (T’Nia Miller).

The new character posters are ominous indeed. Is it foreshadowing a watery death? Or something even more? We will have to wait to see what is awaiting us.
