With the release of Anthony and Joe Russo‘s The Gray Man right around the corner, Netflix is all about sharing the excitement. Today, they took to Twitter to share some new character posters. All eyes have been on the three main stars, Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans and Ana de Armas, but today it’s all about the supporting cast. The five new character posters give us a fresh look at the other critical players in Llyod’s (Evans) hunt for Court Gentry (Gosling).

The Gray Man is an adaptation of Mark Greaney‘s novel of the same name and an action thriller packed with nonstop excitement and mystery. The story follows Gentry, known as Sierra Six, who is handpicked by his handler Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton) to become a highly-skilled, Agency-sanctioned merchant of death. Gentry finds himself uncovering some pretty secret stuff, which paints a big old target on his back. Now Llyod has kicked off a global hunt to bring back the drive and silence Gentry forever.

The new posters for The Gray Man give us a look at Thornton “World Order,” Dhanush “Lethal Force,” Alfre Woodard “Counter Intel,” Jessica Henwick “Damage Control” and Regé-Jean Page “New Order.” While they don’t give much information on what role they will play in the Gentry vs. Lloyd battle, we have some theories. Obviously, Thornton is Gentry’s handler and may or may not be on his side. Dhanush might be another player on the hunt for Gentry. Woodard could be working towards the exact opposite of Thorn’s character.

Henwick will be responsible for ensuring this doesn’t get out of hand, and Page is all about making sure that order continues when this all ends. We also could be completely wrong. But we are confident of one thing; we can’t wait to experience this wild ride. The action, the mystery and the cast look absolutely amazing. So good, in fact, that we are willing to ignore the little caterpillar on Evan’s upper lip.

The Gray Man hits theaters on July 15, 2022, then will drop on Netflix starting July 22, 2022. Check out the new posters below. What are your character theories? Let us know in the comments below and on social media!
