Screaming Firehawks, we’re officially less than a month out from the Season Five premiere of The Expanse! I don’t know about you, but I need the Roci crew to take us out of 2020 in style. Thankfully, we’ve got a full-length trailer, a new image of Amos on Earth and now … drum roll, please … a brand spankin’ new poster!
Folks, The Expanse has upped their poster game. As much as I loved Season Four, I wasn’t blown away by the key art. However, this poster gives off a more ethereal and celestial vibe. It’s more befitting of The Expanse, in my humble opinion.

In said poster, we see the core cast looking poised and ready to kick ass. There’s Holden (Steven Strait), Naomi (Dominique Tipper), Amos (Wes Chatham), Alex (Cas Anvar), Bobbie (Frankie Adams), Avasarala (Shohreh Aghdashloo), Clarissa “Peaches” Mao (Nadine Nicole), Drummer (Cara Gee) and Fred Johnson (Chad L. Coleman). Of course, a good sci-fi poster isn’t complete without the seasonal Big Bad looming ominously in the background. We see the head of Marco Inaros (Keon Alexander) behind the main characters. He’s shrouded in shadow too.
It’s interesting that Amos is essentially front and center on this poster. I know we’ll be delving into his origins this season and his trip to Earth from the books will be covered. Regardless, I’m glad The Expanse is giving my boy Amos some love.
Below, you can check out the Season Five poster for yourselves. Savor it. Absorb it. Then, be sure to tune in on Wednesday, December 16, when The Expanse Season Five premieres on Amazon Prime.
