The Dog Diaries

The Dog Diaries WEBTOON Original Series.

There is something about cuddling up and reading a heartwarming story. So, of course, we had to share some of our favorites this week. First is Yee Seon’s The Dog Diaries. Dana is an overworked freelance illustrator who is often lonely and stressed out. That all changes when a four-legged ball of fur named Myeongdong comes into her life. Leave it to a dog to show someone what unconditional love is.

We love dogs. We love dogs in real life and our fictional ones. And to find a WEBTOON titled The Dog Diaries made everything so much better. We can all understand how stressful work can be on top of general life stress and pressure from outside sources. So what better way to help make yourself happy than to add a puppy to the mix? This series is full of heartwarming moments and dog love.

The Dog Diaries updates every Tuesday and can be read here!

Smile Brush

Smile Brush WEBTOON Original Series.

Our second series this week continues the heartwarming trend you absolutely need. Waroo’s Smile Brush follows none other than Waroo himself. Each chapter gives us a look at this long-haired boy as he navigates through his day-to-day life. Some days are downright heartwarming, while others are full of laughs. But all in all – this tale is just like a warm hug.

Just like we love dogs, we love reading a WEBTOON series that dives into the creators’ lives. Waroo’s Smile Brush shows us some of his happiest and most hilarious moments. Plus, it is easy to find common ground as he spins every story. The art style itself is simplistic but helps to add a level of comfort to the story that honestly doubles the heartwarming factor.

Smile Brush is completed and can be read in full here!
