Netflix next big Marvel series following Iron Fist is The Defenders. It’s just recently started filming the series that will see Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist all join forces together to take on whatever evil forces are threatening their city.

But they’ll need their friends along the way to help them out. We already know that Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), Malcolm (Eka Darville), Misty Knight (Simone Missick) and Jeri Hogarth (Carrie-Anne Moss) are joining the roster.

However, as of today, we now know that three other allies are along for the ride — Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor), Stick (Scott Glenn) and Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson).

This comes courtesy of The Defenders twitter page, which we’ve embedded below.

To catch you up, Trish Walker is Jessica Jones’s (Krysten Ritter) adopted sister, best friend and confidant. In the series, we saw more than a few allusions to the possibility of her donning her heroic comic book alter ego, Hellcat.

Stick is the man responsible for training the boy that would one day become Daredevil, Matt Murdock. In the second season, we discovered he was actually responsible for raising and training Elektra (Elodie Yung) as well and that he has ties to the ancient ninja clan — The Hand.

Finally, there’s Claire Temple whose been in every Netflix/Marvel series since the beginning. She is the nurse responsible for saving the lives of our heroes the most. The last we saw her, she had fallen in love with the fugitive Luke Cage (Mike Colter) only to see him arrested and taken back to prison.
