Things are about to get more diabolical! A spinoff of The Boys will be crash landing to Amazon Prime, Deadline reports. Said spinoff has been put on the fast track following the record-breaking launch of The Boys Season Two.
The Boys executive producer Craig Rosenberg is the spinoff’s scribe. Set at America’s sole college for young superheroes and backed by Vought International, the currently untitled spinoff is just as raunchy and irreverent as its predecessor. The show “explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. Part college show, part Hunger Games — with all the heart, satire and raunch of The Boys.”
Now, Season Two nearly doubled its viewership in comparison to Season One by 89 percent. It continues to draw in millions of viewers each week. Rosenberg is writing the pilot and he’ll serve as executive producer and showrunner. Eric Kripke and Seth Rogen will also executive produce the spinoff.

I’m curious to see who’ll be in this spinoff and if we’ll see characters from the original series crossover. Could we get an appearance from Homelander as he visits the college to proffer an inspirational speech to the Supe students? What about cameos from Vought’s upper management, such as the formidable Stan Edgar? This could be an opportunity to bring the stellar Aya Cash into the fold as well. Imagine Stormfront as a professor!
The Boys Season Two finale is slated for Friday, October 9th on Amazon Prime.
