Thanos Is Bringing Balance to Reddit – Did YOU Make It?

Updated on:

SPOILERS BEWARE! When Thanos snapped his fingers in Avengers: Infinity War, half of the universe ceased to exist. Bringing a “balance” to everything. Or so he believes. Well, the same can be said over on Reddit where one subreddit is taking on the astronomical task of making half of their members ceasing to exist. Well, at least in the subreddit.

Over on r/thanosdidnothingwrong, half of the members are being banned from the subreddit, bringing a “perfect” balance. It got so much attention that the Russo Brothers decided to join in getting banned. They also enlisted the help of Josh Brolin to start the festivities. At least he gave us a warning, unlike Thanos. Currently, I’ve been sparred but I may or may not be seeing some dust specks soon.

It’s always great to see the creators getting involved in what the fans are doing. And if a website deciding your fate at random wasn’t enough, now we have a subreddit to check in on. Just remember, it’s for the good of the (reddit) universe. Frankly, I pity the poor mods having to ban all these people but it’s too fun not to participate! Be sure to come back to Geek Girl Authority for more Marvel fun. Infinity War comes to our small screens digitally on July 31st & home release on August 14th.
