The story resumes close to 50 years after the original film’s events. Leatherface has been in hiding but again picks up the chainsaw to terrorize some young adults. The group heads to Harlow, Texas, to start a business. This move proves to be the biggest mistake of their lives when, in the process of exploring the town, they disrupt the quiet life of the notorious killer with a past covered in blood and other people’s faces.
Prepare for a spine-tingling experience when watching this trailer. Fans of the original will love the nostalgia that oozes from the screen. The new cast of potential victims wanders around town when they spot a tiny house with a clothesline in the yard.
Not seeing anyone around the house, it becomes irresistible to the out-of-towners. When they investigate, they unleash a monster that has been dormant for decades. Now, everyone is in danger. There is nowhere to hide.
The team behind this new film includes Kim Henkle, Fede Alvarez and David Blue Garcia.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre hits Netflix on February 18. Check out the trailer below, and let us know what you think in the comments! Do you believe the new Leatherface is terrifying?
