It’s time for another look at Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem! The first trailer already introduced the titular teen turtles. This one, however, goes deeper into why they’re heading to the surface world of NYC. Read on to find out what we know so far and take a look at the new trailer.
Just like in the first trailer, this one starts with the heroes in a half-shell goofing off in the sewers and yearning for a normal life. They wonder aloud at what things would be like if they “weren’t monsters that were shunned by society” and could do whatever they wanted. To find the answer, they decide to curry favor with the humans by stopping the villainous Superfly’s crime spree. Things get more complicated when they realize Superfly is “kinda cool” and has an entire crew made up of other mutants.

Superfly isn’t as cool as the turtles think, however, when he reveals his plan. He and his gang want to get rid of humans to allow mutants to take over the world. The brothers must use all of their skills to take out the bad guy once and for all.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem represents the first time actual teens voice the turtles. Leonardo (Nicolas Cantu), Michelangelo (Shamon Brown Jr.), Donatello (Micah Abbey) and Raphael (Brady Noon) really do look and sound like teens (as much as animated mutant turtles can). Additional voice actors include Seth Rogen as Bebop, John Cena as Rocksteady, Jackie Chan as Master Splinter and Ice Cube as the evil Superfly.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem hits theaters August 2. Until then, what do you think of this new look at the movie? Let us know below and check out the trailer for yourself.
