Attention all Jedi and Sith Lords, we were just gifted with a trailer for the new animated series Tales of the Jedi, courtesy of D23 Expo 2022! This new edition of the Star Wars world is a series of shorts. Each one features Jedis and other characters from the era established in the prequel trilogy. The list includes Ahsoka Tano, Qui-Gon Jinn, Anakin Skywalker and many others.
Based on the trailer, the series will primarily focus on Ahsoka, Anakin and Count Dooku. The animation style is the same as that of Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: The Bad Batch. In the trailer, we see a young Ahsoka encountering a large animal. She shows no fear of the creature. As the trailer continues, the scenes bounce between moments in her life and glimpses of Dooku.

It is safe to say that Tales of the Jedi will feature plenty of action and fight sequences. From the minute glimpse in the trailer, it seems that many battles occur. Lightsabers clash and spin, Jedi and stormtroopers face off and the Force is wielded at every turn.
All six of the shorts will release on Disney Plus on October 26, 2022. Are you ready to binge-watch the whole thing? We are!
