We’re all excited for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, right? Of course we are! That’s why any news is exciting news, especially if it’s learning that there’s definitely going to be new planets in the film! This one is a planet we’ve been a bit exposed to and have had some theories on. So just what have we learned?

Well, thanks to Reddit user Godxon on StarWarsLeaks, we learned the name of the jungle planet we’ve seen in the teasers for the film. While it was heavily speculated to be the Forest Moon of Endor, it turns out it’s a brand new planet that the Resistance (or potentially the Rebellion) have been using as a base. The planet of Ajan Kloss looks like the Resistance slapped part of their base right onto the forest floor.

I’m very curious how long they’ve had this equipment here. It wasn’t possible for them to transport what they had, given that most of their fleet was blown away. So just how did they manage it? I’ll be thinking about it until the film comes out. It’s currently unclear just how much time we’ll be spending in Ajan Kloss but it’s likely not going to be long as Rey and friends need to go on an epic quest.

What do you think of the name? Are you looking forward to seeing what lurks in the jungle? Let us know! Be sure to come back to Geek Girl Authority for more Star Wars news.
