It’s Saturday, you know what that means! It’s that time of the week where we generate playlists for you inspired by our favorite characters from books, movies, podcasts or TV.
This week our playlist is all about everyone’s favorite coffee loving, sharp-tongued time traveler, Number 5 from The Umbrella Academy! Five (Aidan Gallagher) is one of the forty-three children who were all born on the same day in 1989. He grew up to be an incredibly prideful, intelligent and deadly assassin who became trapped in the apocalyptic future for more than 60 years. This resulted in him having the personality of a 60 year old by the time he found a way back to his brothers and sisters.
While Number 5 is often the source of comic relief, as he often dismisses others as stupid, he’s been shown to be very compassionate. He’s fiercely loyal and cares deeply for his family. So much so that he often tries to keep them out of his plans to prevent the apocalypse to protect them.
So let’s get to 5’s inspired playlist! Called Number Five’s Moldy Oldies Remix, this is a compilation of some classics from the good old days mixed in with some new tunes you may have heard on your recent trip through time. It’s the perfect mix to throw on and enjoy when you finally get a decent cup of coffee. Enjoy!
