Mild spoilers ahead!
Last week on Syfy’s 12 Monkeys, we learned that Cole did in fact survive the blast in Chechnya. We also learned that there is a whole other fancy pants group of plague survivors in the future revealing two different battles for the cure. One group is trying to find the actual cure for the virus (which according to them will take another three years), the other is Cole’s group. Their strategy is time travel. And the two groups just can’t see eye to eye.
This week on 12 Monkeys, Cole somehow finds himself in 2017 in the midst of the plague still bloodied and bruised from Chechnya, while our favorite German Time Travel genius, Dr. Jones, faces an impossible choice.
