These days, smartphone gaming is booming. Games like Stardew Valley have proved to be extremely popular among the dedicated and loyal community of smartphone gamers, but so too have various other releases in recent times. The options are certainly comprehensive.
Thanks to the technological advancements made in our smartphone devices, we can now download an array of sophisticated titles within a matter of seconds. The types of games on offer are vastly different too. Console-quality titles like Fortnite can now be enjoyed on mobile. Casino gamers can tuck into hundreds of the very best online casino games, and puzzle lovers and brain teaser fanatics can choose from plenty of titles. We’re only just touching the surface too, but the types of creations available today are certainly far more advanced than original mobile titles like Snake and Tetris from back in the day.
With many smartphone games proving popular among the geek community in 2021, we thought we’d go through some of the best of them.
Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact is a gacha ARPG with an abundance of selling points. Players can learn spells, build teams, search vast landscapes, and savour what a stunning game it is. The game is considered to be grindy by many, which is clear from the amount of genshin impact accounts for sale. However, it can be played entirely free of charge.
Dadish 2
A retro platformer delighting many gamers at the moment, Dadish 2 involves players being a radish father who is tasked with rescuing all of his radish children. You can launch yourself through cannons, ride along on a hamburger, beat a variety of comical bosses, and jump through many swinging chainsaws. It isn’t the most complicated game in the world, but we had to include it for its charm alone.
Among Us
The success of Among Us has been nothing short of remarkable. The game has taken the record for the biggest game ever when it comes to monthly users, and it’s entirely understandable as to why. The online multiplayer game that is particularly popular with groups of friends tasks players with rumbling the killer on a spaceship. After each round, players vote on who they think the imposter is. Guess correctly, and you win. It’s a simple but highly entertaining creation.

The game is regularly updated, which is always a nice bonus, too.
Pokemon GO
Pokemon Go isn’t new in 2021, but it is still pulling in massive numbers. The game champions the augmented reality experience as you walk around outside and collect a large selection of Pokemon to add to your Pokédex. You can battle gyms, battle fellow trainers, complete various daily challenges, and a whole lot more.
