With October quickly approaching, many people are already switching gears to Halloween. Spooky season has already begun for all of us who truly love Halloween and autumn. Our decorating has already begun and all of the movies we reserve for Halloween are ready to watch. Even though Shudder always has horror movies on tap, the streaming service has now begun a special spooky promotion; Shudder’s 61 Days of Halloween.

This promotion means Shudder is adding new horror movies throughout the month. Today, September 1, several new titles are available, including Carrie, Poltergeist, The Haunting, Invasion of the Body Snatchers and Lifeforce. Next on the list of titles to get added is Superhost and the anticipated fifth episode of Slasher: Flesh & Blood on September 2. The rest of the month of September will be filled with classics like Grave Encounters and lesser-known titles like The Stuff.
