Let’s Get Fired Up
What is Shoresy (Jared Keeso) now that he’s no longer a hockey player? After the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs win the National Senior Tournament, the b’ys unwind for a bona fide Sudbury summer, but our titular motherlover is unsure of his next steps.
If you recall, in the Season 3 finale, Emma (Vanessa Matsui), the BROdude rep from Letterkenny, offers Shoresy a job as a hockey analyst. However, Nat (Tasya Teles) wants him to be a coach. Which path will he take? Thankfully, the short Shoresy Season 4 trailer gives us a taste of what’s to come.

Shoresy Season 4
Here’s a (very) brief synopsis for Season 4 per Hulu:
“Shoresy explores life after hockey, and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs contend with the distractions of summer in Sudbury.”
As for our returning players, this series seems intent on beating Game of Thrones for having the largest cast. Here’s who’s joining Keeso for Season 4:
Tasya Teles as Nat; Blair Lamora as Ziigwan; and Keilani Rose as Miigwan. From Montréal, QC, rapper Jonathan-Ismael Diaby stars as Dolo, and former NHL player, author and actor Terry Ryan stars as Hitch. Ryan McDonell stars as Michaels; and former Kahnawake Condor and MMA fighter Andrew “The Canon” Antsanen returns as Goody. Legendary all-time tough guy Jon “Nasty” Mirasty, former Carolina Hurricanes center Brandon Nolan and three-time Stanley Cup winner Jordan Nolan star as Jim, Jim and Jim, respectively. North Bay’s Bourke Cazabon stars as Cory, Listowel’s Keegan Long as Liam, Maclean Fish as Jory and Camille Sullivan as Laura Mohr.

Guest Stars
But that’s not all. Here’s the guest star cast: TSN hockey reporter Kenzie Lalonde; TSN reporter and Olympic gold medalist Tessa Bonhomme; Meghan Chayka, co-founder of Stathletes; and former NHLers Doug Gilmour, Marty McSorley and Sean Avery. We also have Kim Cloutier, Michala Brasseur, Celeste Ziegler, Amélie McGarrell, Eliana Jones, Vanessa Matsui and Maxim Roy. Other newcomers include Isaac Kragten, Eric Fleising, Sudbury native Xander Roy and Sudbury Wolves forward Chase Coughlan.
I’m so stoked to return to this world and see where our eponymous former hockey star goes next. Bring on the sticks, and let’s set the tone, y’all. That said, Harlan Blayne Kytwayhat is suspiciously missing from the cast list. I love Sanguinet. Here’s hoping he’ll return for Season 5 since it’s already greenlit.
Shoresy Season 4 drops all six episodes on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, only on Hulu. Before you go, check out the official trailer below.
