It’s time to get those bums in seats. Hulu finally unveiled the premiere date for Season 2 of the Letterkenny spin-off Shoresy, and we’re so ready for more hockey.

Here’s a synopsis for the series per Hulu:

“Created by and starring Jared Keeso, directed by Jacob Tierney and produced by New Metric Media in association with Play Fun Games, the half-hour comedy sees the foul-mouthed, chirp-serving, mother-loving, fan favourite character, Shoresy (Keeso), and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs of the Northern Ontario Senior Hockey Organization (The NOSHO), continue their quest to never lose again.”

Season 1 ended with our Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs losing the championship to the Soo Cyclones. However, Shoresy and the crew decide not to let this loss define them. Thankfully, Nat (Tasya Teles), whose move to continue funding the middling hockey team hinged on winning the championship, will finance the Bulldogs for another season.

We learned Season 2 will boast new faces, including Frederick Roy (son of Hall of Fame goalie Patrick Roy), international pop star Rêve, Catherine St-Laurent and Jordana Lajoie.

Shoresy stars Jared Keeso as our titular chirper and mother lover, Tasya Teles as Nat, Harlan Blayne Kytwayhat as Sanguinet, Blair Lamora as Ziigwan and Keilani Rose as Miigwan. Then, we’ve got Jonathan-Ismael Diaby as Dolo, Terry Ryan as Hitch, Ryan McDonell as Michaels, Max Bouffard as JJ Frankie JJ and Andrew Antsanen as Goody, who comprise some of the Bulldogs.

Of course, I’d be remiss if I omitted these f*ckin’ beauties, aka the Jims, played by Jon Mirasty, Brandon Nolan and Jordan Nolan. Rounding out this expansive cast are Keegan Long as Liam and Bourke Cazabon as Cory.

Hulu dropped a date announcement video showcasing what we can expect for this next batch of six episodes. You can watch that below.

You ready? Good, ’cause you’re goin’. Return to the ice with this surprisingly heartfelt and bitingly hilarious comedy when Shoresy premieres on Hulu on Friday, October 27, 2023.

What do you hope to see in Season 2? Sound off in the comments!
