Even though none of the actors appeared, The Walking Dead Universe still brought their A-game to San Diego Comic Con. Fans got an exclusive look at content from all of the  spin off series of The Walking Dead.

FEAR THE WALKING DEAD

Fear the Walking Dead is in its final season with six more episodes coming. The first half focused on Morgan (Lennie James) who said goodbye to Fear TWD by starting on his journey back to Alexandria with his daughter Mo (Zoey Merchant). So what’s in store for the second half of the final season? Well, the trailer for the second half of season eight revealed the return of Troy Otto (Daniel Sharman)! But wait! Madison (Kim Dickens) killed him in season three. Or so we thought. So the rumor from like 4 seasons ago are true! Ha!  No word on who all will return for the second half, but we have yet to see Victor (Colman Domingo) or Luciana (Danay Garcia). Let’s hope they all get a happy ending. For now, watch the official trailer for the entire series.

THE WALKING DEAD: DEAD CITY

The Walking Dead: Dead City is five episodes into the first season. The season finale airs this coming Sunday. Will Maggie (Lauren Cohan) find Hershel (Logan Kim) alive? Who is the Dama (Lisa Emery) and what does she want with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan)? And are Maggie’s true intentions genuine? Not according to Ginny (Mahina Napoleon).

Hall H was treated to a video montage of season 1, thanking fans for making Dead City a hit! It’s AMC+’s most watched series ever. The video confirms that Dead City will be back for season two. What will that entail? First we have to watch how season one ends. No spoilers, but the season one finale leaves the story wide open for more Negan and Maggie. You can watch the trailer for the season one finale below.

THE WALKING DEAD: THE ONES WHO LIVE

Fans have been waiting for the highly anticipated return of Rick and Michonne. Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira return as the most beloved couple of The Walking Dead Universe. Earlier today, AMC announced the official title for the series as The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. The official teaser was unofficially released before the Hall H panel. Michonne narrates the teaser saying she’s been out there a long time. She lost someone years ago, but then things changed. She found out he’s alive. We see Michonne walk up to the screen, surrounded by red, with flashes of scenes from the show. Another figure appears in the red background. We don’t see his face but we see a scene of Rick as he nods. You can watch the teaser below

We’ve been getting teasers here and there for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. We know he is shipwrecked, washed ashore in Europe and ended up being cared for by nuns.  In one of the teasers he says he was looking for something. I wonder what that something is? AMC brought the first full trailer for the series to SDCC. And announced that TWD: Daryl Dixon season two is already in development! Hall H was treated to the first 20 minutes of the first episode.
