MCU fans, our time is now! On Friday, July 23, 2022, Marvel Studios seized control of the coveted Comic-Con space Hall H for SDCC 2022. Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, was on hand to unleash an avalanche of release dates for the fast-approaching (and highly anticipated) Phase 5 and 6. We learned Phase 4 will end with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever when it premieres on November 11, 2022. So, when does Phase 5 start? Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will launch the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe when it debuts on February 17, 2023. Secret Invasion, the Samuel L. Jackson-fronted mini-series, will stream on Disney Plus in spring 2023. Additionally, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will hit theaters on May 5, 2023.
But that’s not all!

Phase 4 continues with Season 2 of Loki and the launch of the new Alaqua Cox-led series Echo, which are both eyeing a summer 2023 premiere. Blade with Mahershala Ali in the titular role will arrive in theaters on November 3, 2023. The Ironheart series looks to fill a slot in fall 2023. Anthony Mackie will return as our Cap in Captain America: New World Order on May 3, 2024.
Phase 4 will chug along with Agatha: Coven of Chaos, slated for winter 2023. Meanwhile, the highly anticipated return of Matt Murdock/Daredevil will take the form of a new series entitled Daredevil: Born Again, debuting in spring 2024. What a fitting title! The series will star Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio.
Finally, Feige reveals Phase 5 will end with a Thunderbolts film on July 26, 2024. Now, onto Phase 6. We’ll begin said phase with Fantastic Four, slated for premiere on November 8, 2024. Then, we’ll dive right into Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, in theaters on May 2, 2025. Next to bat is Avengers: Secret Wars, making its debut on November 7, 2025.
