SDCC 2022: Disney-Owned Platforms Unveil Impressive Lineup

Disney is bringing the heat to SDCC 2022! This year’s San Diego Comic-Con will host several panels from Disney-owned platforms, including FX, Hulu, ABC and FOX, Deadline reports. Fans can expect exclusive sneak peeks, deep dives and exciting conversations regarding the shows they love. 

Remember the National Treasure series? Well, it now has an official title — National Treasure: Edge of History. Brace yourselves for a sneak peek of the highly anticipated Disney Plus original at SDCC this year. Additionally, critically-acclaimed comedy What We Do in the Shadows will take up residence in Hall H, and fan-favorite newcomer Abbott Elementary will set up shop in the Indigo Ballroom. 

Other offerings include Hulu’s The Orville: New Horizons, Disney Channel’s Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, FX’s long-running animated comedy Archer and FOX hit Bob’s Burgers

Thursday, July 21 —

10:45-11:45 AM: Nathan Fillion and Niecy Nash-Betts Present ABC’s The Rookie and The Rookie: FEDS. Ballroom 20

2:15-3:15 PM: National Treasure: Edge of History. The cast and executive producers will share an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming Disney Plus Original series, which is an expansion of the hit film franchise. Series regulars Lisette Olivera, Jake Austin Walker, Antonio Cipriano, Jordan Rodrigues, Zuri Reed, Lyndon Smith and executive producers Cormac and Marianne Wibberley gather to discuss this upcoming action-adventure series. 2:15-3:15 PM: Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Action-comedy series centers on African American teen girl Super Hero, Lunella Lafayette.
