You can take Winn out of National City but you can’t take National City out of Winn. According to ET, actor Jeremy Jordan will be returning to Supergirl for it’s fifth season. When we last saw Winn, he was heading off with Mon-El to join the “Legion of Superheroes”. So what’s changed?

What we know so far is that Jordan will be returning for at least three episodes in the second half of the season. Does his return have to do with Crisis on Infinite Earths? It very well could! Unfortunately we don’t know that for sure as details are hidden under wraps. With the upcoming Supergirl panel during SDCC on Saturday, we’re likely to learn more about Winn’s return.

Frankly it will just be exciting to see the BFFs interacting again. Not to sound incredibly weird but Winn was her first! He was the first one she told and they even created her suit together. Maybe he’s the one who helps design her new suit? We’ll have to wait and see but it’s going to be a lot of fun having Winn back!

What do you think of the news? Are you excited for Winn’s return? Let us know! Be sure to come back to Geek Girl Authority for more Arrowverse news. Supergirl returns on October 6th, 2019.
