With this year’s San Diego Comic Con just a few weeks away, premium channel HBO has announced it will be bringing three of its top shows to the convention. These include panels and autograph signing sessions for Game of Thrones, Westworld and His Dark Materials.
Whilst a panel had previously been announced as a farewell to Game of Thrones after its final season had concluded, this press release from HBO gives us more information as to who will be in attendance. Unfortunately, a number of big players such as Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Lena Headey and Peter Dinklage will not be attending. However, showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will be present, after it was reported that they would be absent. It is sure to be one of the biggest and most highly-anticipated panels of the weekend.
News of the new seasons of Westworld and His Dark Materials will surely be shared during their panels too! Geek Girl Authority will being covering the convention all weekend for the biggest stories and exclusives. For now check out HBO’s schedule below for more information about times and attendees.
