SDCC 2018: YOUNG JUSTICE: OUTSIDERS Reunites the Group

Fans of Young Justice, your time has arrived! Revealed today at SDCC in an over 5 minute video, the team is back together for one more mission before going their seperate ways again. This time it involved metachildren, a missing princess and a whole lot of action that involved the big bad of the DC Universe.

The trailer begins by recapping the events of the second season, where Kid Flash disappears from Earth. To where? We have no idea. But because of it, the group breaks up. But Nightwing decides to reform the group one more time after metachildren being trafficked across the world. This includes a princess who possesses meta abilities. It looks like Darkseid is behind all of these children going missing. What does he want them for? I’m sure it’s something involving destroying Earth.

The trailer looks really cool. There are so, so many character for people to look forward to, it’s crazy! While characters like Aqualad still remind me of the insane art of the animated Flashpoint Paradox movie, it looks really well done. What I remember the most about Young Justice is how dedicated the fans are to the series. Even more than the content itself, the fans are what keep it’s legacy alive. So it’s really great to see the series returning once again. And this time it will be on DC Universe so be sure to pre-order now to get it at a reduced price!
